Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Device

  Securely place the device in its original packaging, including all chargers, straps, and manuals, to ensure the item is protected during transit.

  Ship to Spacetalk

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; remember to keep your tracking receipt.

  Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
